Using a Suite of Microsoft (tm) server applications, The I.S. Department completed Phase-I integration of it's Regional Customer Management System, based on Sharepoint and its CRM system, based on Microsoft (tm) CRM 5.0. In it's commitment to the approach of utilizating a synergy of Microsoft applications for its core business applications equirements; The I.S. Department has integrated the utilization of Dynamics Nav 5.0, SQL Server 2005, CRM 5.0, and Office Sharepoint Server 2007. The integrated CMS/CRM solution is expected to help streamline communications for Customers and continue rasing service levels, as well as provide our own Regional Divisions with valuable business data.
